For most prosthetic makeups, the first step is creating a life cast to work from. In this three hour hands-on class, you will learn the step-by-step process of taking a silicone facial life cast and how to cast a urethane plastic positive mold. You will pair up with a fellow student to take each other's cast or you may bring a model to work on. NOTE: If you bring a model, you will be taking their life cast and you will NOT have a mold of you face.

In this class you will learn to work with: 
Silicone life casting material
Plaster bandages
Urethane plastic
Ridged urethane foam

At the end of the class you will have a silicone mold of your face and a urethane resin casting to take with you. Must be 18+ or have a parent with you to sign release form.

Due to the amount of information we have to cover in a limited time span, please arrive a few minutes early to the class.
